Student's Strengths: Allen is very dedicated to his work and often works late to complete tasks. Requires very little supervision. Strong learning ability.

Overall Comments: Allen has proved his ability to work in a "real world" environment, often handling major tasks. He works well in a group as well as independently.

Other Comments: Allen's work is consistently thorough and seldom requires review. He clearly understands all technical aspects of the job and does not have any problems learning new technology. Communicates very well, offering many constructive ideas for tasks/ projects. Allen executes excellent judgment when outlining project's tasks. Very enthusiastic towards his job, willing to add "extn effort" after hours.
